Why appoint Nationwide Probate Solicitors?

As we only deal with probate matters, we have the ability to keep right up to date with the relevant legislation and H M Revenue and Customs practices, so ensuring that the advice we give will be among the best available.

In addition, we offer what we believe is a unique service- the Nationwide Home Meeting. Whenever we are instructed to administer a deceased's Estate, (either as executors or by the executors,) at the outset a qualified and expert member of our staff will arrange to meet the deceased's executors (if there are any) and/or residuary beneficiaries at their home or a venue of their choice, (in the evening if more convenient), to discuss matters in full, answer an queries any of them may have and decide upon a preliminary course of action. This applies to anywhere in England and Wales, and no charge will be made for travelling to or from the venue (although the normal hourly rate will be made for the actual time spent in the meeting).

Even if we are not appointed to administer an Estate, we are happy to advise on all probate and trust matters, from filling in a probate form to setting up a complex trust or debt scheme on a person's death. Whenever you instruct NATIONWIDE PROBATE SOLICITORS, you can be assured by our mission statement
