We are a firm of solicitors formed purely to carry out probate and trusts work. We do not do any other kind of legal work. We are specialists. Our directors have more than 60 years experience in this type of work, and know that matters need to be handled sensitively and efficiently.

WHY APPOINT SOLICITORS?

When a person dies, even if their affairs are very straightforward, it will usually be necessary for their executors to obtain a grant of probate, finalise their tax position, ensure no unexpected creditors can make a claim against the deceased, then put the provisions of the deceased's Will into force.

If their affairs are more complex, or if they have set up trusts in their Will, then expert advice will almost certainly be needed.
